My mission is to help anyone start their fitness journey whether you've exercised before or not. I promise to help you to enjoy working out and not be scared by it or see it as a chore. We're in this together!

Everyone has to start somewhere so don't be frightened by exercise or heavy weights! I am here to help you become the best version of yourself, regardless of whether you want to exercise for physical or mental benefits,

Fitness is not just physical, it starts with the mind. I want to create a positive, approachable and fun community encouraging you want to join me and my team. Keeping you accountable with weekly check-ins, you will become more motivated and gain confidence. I offer a variety of services to best suit your wants and needs, be it 1-1 coaching, small group coaching, fitness classes, in person or online.

I have been doing personal training with Steph for over a year now and I can’t recommend her enough! She always asks what I want to work on and will tell me what she thinks needs improvement and will plan fun but tough sessions to help me reach my goal. She works around my shift schedule and makes time to check in with me during the week to see how I’m doing and offer guidance when I’m struggling. Thank you for everything you’ve helped me achieve so far and I’m looking forward to making more progress.
