Plenty of squats, plenty of sweat with a side of Northern banter.
I want to make exercise accessible for everyone, whether you have exercised your entire life or you are just getting started. After a consultation individual programmes will be designed to your personal goals ensuring we maximise results. My group sessions will sculpt your body with extra side of spice to finish. My aim is to have you leave your session having enjoyed your workout, feeling better than when you arrived... and wanting to come back for more.
