She has changed my perception on working out as it was always something that I hated and would put off but now I look forward to the sessions and that’s purely down to her!
I felt really self conscious to begin with as I haven’t stepped foot in a gym or even done a fitness class in quite a few years but Steph made me feel so welcome and comfortable as well as making sure I knew how to do the exercises.

'I contacted Steph because I wanted to change up my exercise routine. Since gyms have closed in lockdown, I have fell out of the habit of doing weight training despite having a set of dumb bells sat looking at me. I asked Steph to create me a training programme that I could do at home in my own time with the equipment I have and I absolutely love it!! The programme is 3 sessions per week - upper body, lower body and full body and I am achingggg at the end of every week.
The best thing is Steph checks in religiously so when it gets to Saturday morning and I realllllly cba to do full body, I get up and do it because I know she will be checking!!
I have had a lottttt of questions and Steph is always there with an answer or will send a demo video of the exercise no matter what time or day it is! When your feeling a bit crappy or have struggled with the brutal finishers she sets, she is there with her positivity cheering you on!!

Her sessions are always so fulfilling, challenging - and fun - due to her motivating personality. Since training with Steph, I’ve noticed my form has improved massively and I’m also much more confident in a range of different exercises that I previously struggled with. She’s really helped me maintain a love of exercise through lockdown too as her virtual classes on Zoom are brilliant! Steph has also provided me with personalised stretching videos to help me with working from home aches and pains. Her workouts are easy to follow and can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness but, without a doubt, will always get you sweating and pushing yourself.
